MTM involves working one-on-one with your pharmacist to optimize benefits and minimize risks associated with your medications. It ensures you understand what your medication is, what it's used for, and why it was prescribed to you. MTM also:

- Gives you the opportunity to ask questions and express concerns with your pharmacist
- Enables your pharmacist to minimize the cost of your medications
